Dara goes way beyond the typical realtor. She provides a business perspective that makes me happy to recommend her to anyone. I am a real estate investor and own multiple properties, and needed an in-depth view of the Boulder County market. I needed to know things like what areas attract the best tenants, how much I could charge initially, and how the rent would increase with various upgrades. I looked for properties for almost a year. As I wanted a place in a certain area, where properties very expensive, and I was on a tight budget. Dana and I looked at so many different properties I was almost ready to give up. Dana managed to go over places that had been on the market before but didn't sell. The place I bought was one of these which I'm very happy with. I think few realtors would have had the expertise, and been tenacious enough to do this.

Dara was essential in helping me find the perfect place! We met numerous times and she was always thorough and prompt in all of our correspondence. This was my first home purchase and she had a lot of patience with my (many) questions. I highly recommend Dara and will continue to refer others to her in the future.
